What is your company's biggest struggle at the moment?

Our biggest struggle is in sequencing of work, ensuring that all the little details are captured. There's a lot of reworks that's having to be done that's costing us as an organization. The biggest complaints my subs would have been that we're disorganized. I also think that applies to "the back-end" of our business. Initially the business was set up in my google drive and slowly we migrated it to shared drives. I think there's probably a better way to structure the digital files.
